The square view from my room was amazing. The lobby had a inviting scent. Free bike rentals gave me a fun way to see the city. The restaurant's patio easily accommodated my group.

This location is super central. It is near points of interest within the old town and surrounding areas. I found plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and a Zara store is just across the street.

The staff greeted me warmly. They always got up as I walked in and were fluent in English which I appreciated. The hotel even provided a takeaway breakfast when I had an early tour; it was so helpful.

i was very thankful for the location it was right on the main square. the room overlooked the whole square and st mary's basilica it was a great view.
i was a bit disappointed that the room had no modern updates i could not charge electronics easily. housekeeping straightened the room but left our pillows on the floor

i appreciated the really good location right on the square it provided easy access to everything i wanted to see i found the staff helpful especially the front desk members they answered all my questions i loved that the room was always lovely and warm creating a comfortable atmosphere.
i noticed that the tv operation was challenging i could not figure it out easily the interface needs streamlining i spent some time trying to navigate it i eventually gave up to do something else

the staff exhibited organization and efficiency they were super available i noticed that the staff was pleasant and i was greeted warmly i felt very welcomed they made my stay smoother.
